Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
My Website FrancisStarCosmestics.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
My Website FrancisStarCosmestics.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from when your order is received. You have to pay for your own shipment.
Please review our Return Policy Guidelines below:
-All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached and the original shipping box unopened.
-Products marked *final sale* cannot be returned. -International orders are final sale.
We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.
How to Process a Return:
Simply email us at email@example.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.
Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $5 return fee.
